When I first received lessons in faith, it took eighteen weeks of Wednesday night bible study to cover the material. I will admit that there was quite a bit of redundancy in the lessons, but the teacher always reminded us that “faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”
Faith truly comes by hearing. What are you hearing yourself say when you speak and what are your hearing that voice inside your head saying to you? When you’re able to experience any situation and only hear the voice in your head and the words from you mouth saying what God says about that situation, then you are “walking by faith and not by sight.” These lessons in faith are intended to assist you in your walk.
